Domestic walnut and oak are milled, jointed, and shaped in small batches, never mass-cast or molded.

Each piece is sanded, oiled, and inspected by hand before it's packed and marked ready for sale.

Mister Auburn LLC started as a small furniture bench in New York, making the objects that never quite existed in the shapes we wanted. Today we still design, cut, and finish everything ourselves — no drop-shipped catalog, no imported knockoffs, no borrowed branding.
Every organizer, tray, and board carries a shape and finish that originated on our own workbench. When a design doesn't hold up to daily use, we retire it. When it does, it stays in the collection.
